1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) refer to the website «https://tor-med.tech», located online
at https://tor-med.tech, and to all related websites linked to https://tor-med.tech.
1.2. The “https://tor-med.tech” website (hereinafter “Website”) is the property of the Concern GRANITE Joint Stock Company.
1.3. This Terms of Use regulate relations between the Administration of the https://tor-med.tech Website (hereinafter referred to as the Website Administration) and the User of this Website.
1.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to change, add or remove paragraphs from this Terms of Use at any time without notifying the User.
1.5. Continued use of the Website by the User means that the User accepts the Terms of Use and the amendments made to this Terms of Use.
1.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Terms of Use for amendments.

2.1.2. Web resource refers to the website containing information about the Products, the Seller, and allowing Users to select, order and (or) purchase the Products.
2.1.3. Administration of the Website refers to the persons responsible for the management of the Website and operating on behalf of the «Concern GRANITE» Joint Stock Company.
2.1.4. User of the Website (hereinafter “User”) refers to a person accesses the Website through the Internet and uses the Website.
2.1.5. The content of the Website (hereinafter “Content”) refers to the intellectual property protected by copyright, including the literary texts, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, textual, photographic, derivatives, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, configuration, appearance, general style and arrangement of this Content available on the Website, as well as other intellectual property taken together or individually, which is available on the Website.

6. Liability

6.1. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of intentional or careless violation of any provisions of this Terms of Use, including the ones that emerge from the unauthorized access to communications of another User, will not be reimbursed by the Website Administration.
6.2. The Website administration is not responsible for:
6.2.1. Delays or failures in the process of making a transaction due to force majeure, as well as any malfunctions in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.
6.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.
6.2.3. Proper functioning of the Website, if the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

7. Violation of the Terms of Use

7.1. 8. Settlement of disputes

8.1. In the event of any disputes between the Parties, one of the Parties must file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) before applying to the court.
8.2. The recipient of the claim should notify the claimant about the result of an appeal in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt.
8.3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights, which are granted to them by the current law of the Russian Federation.
8.4. Any claim regarding the Terms of Use must be filed within the period after the grounds for the claim arise, except for the copyright protection of the Website content. In case of violation of the terms stated in this paragraph, any claim or cause of action shall be extinguished by the statute of limitations.

9. Additional terms

9.1. The Website Administration does not accept counter offers from the User regarding changes to this Terms of Use.
9.2. User reviews published on the Website are not treated as confidential information and can be used by the Website Administration without restrictions.
